Business Execution Consultant to join the
Cards and Personal Lending Statements & Letters Team. In this role, you'll support configuration and ongoing maintenance of customer letters within the
Fiserv Crown system, helping ensure communications are accurate, timely, and compliant.
You'll manage a significant pipeline of configuration requests, partnering closely with cross-functional teams to support new product capabilities, control execution, audit readiness, and continuous improvement.

In this role, you will:- Lead support functions and operational activities across multiple business groups while contributing to large-scale strategic initiatives.
- Manage a high-volume pipeline of letter configuration requests within the Fiserv Crown system.
- Ensure efficiency, quality, and cost-effectiveness of operational processes, with a focus on customer communications.
- Research moderately complex business, operational, and strategic initiatives requiring strong analytical skills.
- Provide independent recommendations supporting business operations, controls, and process improvements.
- Assist with execution of risk mitigation, efficiency initiatives, and customer experience enhancements.
- Collaborate with leaders on project plans, policies, procedures, and cross-functional partnerships.
- Support audit activities, control documentation, and change management processes.
Required Qualifications- 2+ years of Business Execution, Implementation, or Strategic Planning experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
Desired Qualifications- 2+ years of experience with credit card product capabilities.
- Experience with Fiserv configuration (letters, statements, workflows).
- Strong strategic thinking and analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
- Experience with Jira, Kanban boards, Documentum, or production lifecycle documentation.
- Experience working with vendors, technical partners, and configuration workflows.
- Experience in change management, control monitoring, audit, or internal controls testing.
- Ability to execute in a fast-paced environment while balancing multiple priorities.
- Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
- Microsoft Office skills (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
Job Expectations- Hybrid schedule required.
- Must reside within a commutable distance to Charlotte, NC; Chandler, AZ; or West Des Moines, IA.
