Le Gestionnaire des Communications joue un rôle stratégique essentiel dans la coordination des communications entre nos équipes et nos clients. Dans ce poste à haute visibilité et au rythme soutenu, vous concevrez et piloterez des stratégies de communication innovantes tout en appuyant les initiatives de direction. Votre réussite reposera sur des compétences organisationnelles d'exception, une maîtrise parfaite de la communication écrite et orale, ainsi qu'une aptitude remarquable à cultiver des relations clients durables. Ce poste contribue directement à l'atteinte des objectifs stratégiques de JLL en garantissant une communication cohérente et de calibre professionnel qui consolide nos partenariats clients et optimise la performance des équipes.
À quoi ressembleront vos tâches quotidiennes :
Diriger les communications vers l'équipe et le client, établir des processus et incorporer la participation de l'équipe
Collaborer avec les équipes commerciales afin d'assurer la cohérence des messages et l'alignement avec les stratégies fondamentales
Promouvoir les nouvelles de l'entreprise auprès de l'équipe et les nouvelles de l'équipe auprès de l'entreprise
Soutenir les communications clients avec un accent sur le service à la clientèle de haute qualité
Maintenir des modèles standard et utiliser des plateformes numériques pour la distribution de contenu
Assister aux réunions d'équipe et aux événements, y compris les réunions générales et les événements d'appréciation client
Développer du contenu axé sur le client en utilisant des plateformes numériques et collaborer sur les formats de rapport
Qualifications requises :
Baccalauréat en communications, journalisme, commerce ou domaine connexe avec compétences rédactionnelles supérieures démontrées
Maîtrise exceptionnelle de la communication verbale et écrite, incluant l'édition professionnelle et les présentations d'impact
Autonomie confirmée avec expertise avancée en gestion de projets complexes et planification stratégique
Compétence technique approfondie en Microsoft Office Suite, SharePoint et logiciels de publication professionnelle (InDesign, Canva, etc.)
Aptitude démontrée à collaborer efficacement en équipes multidisciplinaires et à interagir avec tous les échelons organisationnels, incluant la haute direction et les clients stratégiques
Agilité professionnelle et capacité d'adaptation reconnue dans des environnements dynamiques à haute performance
Qualifications préférées :
3 à 5 années d'expérience progressive dans les services immobiliers commerciaux, les communications d'entreprise ou la rédaction stratégique
Compétences en design graphique et maîtrise d'outils de création visuelle (Adobe Creative Suite, Canva Pro ou équivalents)
Esprit créatif et innovation démontrée dans la transformation de concepts complexes en messages percutants et accessibles
Discernement professionnel pour évaluer et adapter le contenu selon les audiences (communications internes vs. externes, confidentialité client)
Expérience confirmée en coordination avec les équipes Communications corporatives et en gestion des relations avec les départements Communication des clients stratégiques

Communications Manager – JLL
What this job involves:
The Communications Manager is a key enabling role for our client and account team communications. In this highly visible, fast-paced position, you'll develop and manage various communication tools while supporting leadership initiatives. Success requires exceptional organizational abilities, strong written and verbal communication skills, and a talent for building client relationships while managing multiple priorities simultaneously. This role contributes directly to JLL's business objectives by ensuring consistent, professional communications that strengthen client relationships and support team effectiveness.
What your day-to-day will look like:
Leading account communications to both team and client, establishing processes and incorporating team involvement
Collaborating with business teams to ensure messaging consistency and alignment with core strategies
Advocating for firm news to the team and team news to the firm
Supporting client communications with a high customer service focus
Maintaining standard templates and utilizing digital platforms for content distribution
Assisting with team meetings and events including All Hands meetings and client appreciation events
Developing client-focused content using digital platforms and collaborating on reporting formats
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree in Communications, Journalism or Business with superior writing skills
Excellent verbal and written communication, editing and presentation abilities
Self-starter with strong project management and schedule management skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, SharePoint, and desktop publishing programs
Ability to work effectively in cross-functional groups and with all levels of employees and clients
Adaptability to work in a fast-paced environment
Preferred Qualifications:
3-5 years of experience in real estate services or business communications/writing
Graphic design experience
Creative thinking with demonstrated success in translating concepts into clear communications
Understanding of appropriateness of information for client and internal account use
Experience acting as liaison with firm-wide Communications Managers and client Corporate Communication Departments
*Oral and/or written interactions with tenants or external partners based outside Quebec (for example, service providers, law firms, peers, bankers, brokerage firms, credit analysis firms, credit agencies, non-French-speaking clients, etc.)
