Overview
If you refer someone that is hired and that person works for 90 days, you will get a bonus and the new hire will get a bonus.
Here's how it works: Paid out in $250 intervals at 1st check, 30 day, 60 day, & 90 day marks.
The team members will be expected to follow the attendance and conduct policies found in the ABM Employee Handbook. Employees are expected to report to work as scheduled, be on time and ready to start work. Employees are also expected to remain at work for their entire work schedule. Any unauthorized absence will void this referral and sign on bonus program.

This role plays a critical part in maintaining the overall appearance and sanitation of the workplace, contributing to a positive experience for employees, clients, and visitors.
