What you´ll do
- Henkel Adhesives is seeking a customer-facing Field Application Engineer to support our Tissue & Towel business. This role is critical in delivering technical service, driving value and promoting sustainability through Henkel’s expertise. You will collaborate closely with Sales and cross-functional teams to identify customer needs, design tailored technical solutions, and ensure successful implementation. The position involves frequent travelling, engagement with multiple customer levels, from line operators to corporate technical and procurement teams.

- Customer Engagement & Technical Service
- Conduct on site customer visits for technical service, product recommendations, demonstrations, troubleshooting, and process optimization.
- Develop and communicate value propositions for Henkel solutions.
- Provide high-level support for key accounts and critical NAMX/global customers.
