The Principal Specialist – Program Security will provide support to the Air Dominance Sub-Strategic Business Unit and the Global Security Services Center of Excellence leadership, ensuring compliance with national security and contractual requirements for Special Programs in accordance with 32 CFR – Part 117, DoDM 5205.07, JSIG, and ICD-705. In this role, you will oversee the end-to-end processing of personnel for program access, maintaining strict adherence to security standards and protocols while ensuring efficiency and accuracy in meeting program requirements. The candidate will serve as the primary point of contact for all matters related to personnel security requirements and SAPNP compliance, and other duties as assigned.
What You Will Do

Oversee and implement contractual and RTX security requirements for classified programs.

Lead the Personnel Processing Team within the Air Dominance Program Security Team.

Provide regular personnel processing statistics and reports to the CSSO and/or Senior Manager – Program Security for Air Dominance.

Ensure compliance with the Special Access Program Nomination Process (SAPNP) as outlined in DoDM 5205.07 and RTX processes.

Update U.S. Government and RTX databases as necessary.

Collaborate with personnel across functional organizations to support business objectives while ensuring compliance with U.S. Government and RTX directives and policies.

Implement local SOPs, processes, procedures, and Job Operating Instructions to maintain consistently high compliance levels and efficient operations.
Qualifications You Must Have

Typically requires: A University Degree or equivalent experience and minimum 5 years prior relevant experience, or An Advanced Degree in a related field and minimum 3 years experience

Min 5 years of Industrial Security experience

Experience with Microsoft
Qualifications We Prefer

Prior experience with DoD Program Security, specifically the SAPNP, JADE, and DISS

Related training with Defense Security Service, Center for Development of Security

Excellence or equivalent security certification programs

The salary range for this role is 86,800 USD - 165,200 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels.
