As a Brand Engagement Manager, you will report to the Senior Director, Brand Engagement, with initiatives that support the team in building processes, developing tools, and project management support. Your projects will include F&B programs, OS&E for guestrooms and public spaces, signage, Brand Standard updates, development of tools and data management into software systems.

How You Will Make An Impact
Your role is important and below are some of the fundamental job duties that make your work unique.
What Your Day-to-day Will Be Like
- Support the Senior Director, Brand Engagement in managing HSM priorities for assigned brands, including tracking timelines, next steps, and partner alignment for key initiatives.
- Coordinate and help execute Brand Standard updates, including gathering inputs from cross functional partners, documenting decisions, and preparing clear, hotel facing communications and FAQs.
- Manage updates within the HSM Customer Portal, including product setup, data entry, verification, and partnering with teams to ensure system readiness for program launches.
- Facilitate project workflows by gathering pricing from Category teams, improving reporting accuracy, and preparing materials that help brands understand product impacts.
- Maintain centralized project tracking tools and provide status updates to keep all partners informed on progress and risks.
How You Will Collaborate With Others
- Work directly with Brand teams, including Brand leadership and adjacent Brand partners, to gather work inputs, drive deliverables and ensure HSM programs support brand positioning and guest experience.
- Collaborate with HSM Category teams, HSMx, and other HSM partners to coordinate product updates, program launches, and wind downs, while staying aligned on timing, requirements, and system readiness.
- Participate in Brand Engagement team meetings and cross functional touchpoints to stay informed on active workflows, decision needs, and upcoming program milestones.
What Deliverables You Will Take Ownership Of
- Project management and tracking for selected brand initiatives.
- Dashboard and project tracker updates.
- Lead the creation and maintenance of required brand product details in the HSM Customer Portal and Brand Standards.
- Support assigned projects through the development of program summaries, FAQs, and straightforward guidance that explains changes, timing, and expected hotel actions.
WHY YOU'LL BE A GREAT FIT
You Have These Minimum Qualifications
- Five (5) years of work experience in hospitality, supply chain, brand management, consulting, or a related field.
- Experience building executive ready presentations and narratives, with advanced proficiency in PowerPoint and a working knowledge of Excel, including maintaining complex spreadsheets.
- Two (2) years of work experience collaborating in a matrixed environment, including directly working with partner teams and senior leaders.
- Travel up to 20%.
It Would Be Useful If You Have
- Experience working with hotel brands, owners, or franchise partners, and familiarity with Brand Standards.
- Exposure to procurement or supply management environments with F&B or OS&E programs.
- Experience supporting project management routines, including timelines, data inputs, status reporting, and documentation through launch or wind down.
- An advanced degree in business, hospitality, supply chain, or a related field, or equivalent additional experience.
