3-5 years of experience within the investment banking industry as an Analyst and Associate, or an MBA, with a proven track record working on executed deals across M&A and various industry sectors - Experience in the healthcare industry is strongly preferred, but not required - Commercial instinct and ability to perform under pressure and tight deadlines - Expertise in reading and interpreting financial statements - Experience modeling related to all relevant transactions - High level of motivation and commitment to working hard - Bachelor's degree is required; an MBA, CA and/or CFA designation would be an asset - Series licensing or must obtain We do it in a way that's differentiated - and we've done that for 90 years. Expected base pay rates for the role will be between $150,000 and $225,000 per year at the commencement of employment.
