In this role, you will:- Serve as a trusted advisor and strategic counselor to executive leadership of the Enterprise AI Team
- Develop and implement communications strategies and plans that drive business priorities across the enterprise
- Act as an AI-forward leader and early adopter, translating a deep understanding of AI tools, platforms, and technologies into meaningful impact on communications strategy, storytelling, and Wells Fargo's growth narrative
- Think with an enterprise lens and partner across Corporate Communications, Enterprise AI, and line of business and enterprise function stakeholders to drive and influence outcomes in alignment with core strategy
- Write and edit key messages, talking points, and other content to inform target audiences
- Identify strategic storytelling opportunities that promote executive(s) and key initiatives
- Work with the leader's direct reports/dotted line reports to ensure their messaging ladders up
- Track and measure results to ensure they are in line with intended outcomes
Required Qualifications:- 7+ years of Public Relations, Media Relations or Corporate Communications experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
Desired Qualifications:- Experience developing integrated executive communications strategies and plans for AI or tech domains
- Experience counseling executives on high profile issues and the delivery of internal communications
- Experience designing executive thought leadership platforms
- Experience writing stories across various social, internal, and digital channels
- Experience building strong relationships and collaborating across large organizations
- Experience presenting information in a manner that persuades and influences decision makers
