ADP is entering its next phase of enterprise growth by fundamentally scaling how we partner with global System Integrators (SI's). As enterprise clients increasingly expect integrated, end-to-end transformation across HR, payroll, workforce management, and adjacent technologies, SI's are becoming central to how ADP sells, implements, and delivers at scale.
The
SVP, Global SI Partnerships and Alliances will own and lead ADP’s worldwide SI strategy and execution reporting to our EVP, Chief of Operations. This is a transformational role carrying global responsibility for defining the SI ecosystem, building a scalable operating model, and driving measurable enterprise revenue growth through joint go-to-market and delivery with top-tier SI's.
This is a
build-and-scale leadership role with direct influence over strategy, commercial models, and execution. The role operates at the intersection of strategy, sales, product, and services and requires a leader with both executive presence and hands-on operating rigor. This leader will need to be a change agent, capable of creating ADP’s partner vision, as well as building the needed internal support amongst peer executives, in order to see the plan through to success.
