Boeing Global Services (BGS) is looking for an Associate Supply Chain Specialist to join our Bomber, Fighter, DLA, Navy and International Transactional Execution Team in Hazelwood, MO.
The position will consist of ensuring on-time delivery and delinquency recoveries of transactional spares support of the Government Services Programs. The successful candidates will be expected to serve as the primary execution support focal for assigned delivery requirements and support U.S. and Non-U. S Government Military customers.
Position Responsibilities:
Validating shop/supplier schedules and ensure schedules are performing to plan
Ensure data in systems accurately reflects current status
Developing solutions to complex problems that are consistent with organizational objectives
Perform Root Cause Analysis/end of month escapes analysis
The candidate will serve as a primary focal and external spokesperson for their orders and be expected to brief leadership on major matters pertaining to the performance and delivery of their transactional spare requirements
Assist in identification and resolution of supply chain management constraints, discrepancies, and risks that impact on-time delivery and revenue capture
Assist in monitoring performance metrics, perform trend analysis and take mitigating action to meet performance objectives
Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously to ensure strong financial performance and on-time delivery of spares contracts
Primary systems and tool’s include PC Queries, BRAIDSS, Compass Contract (DG11), SCARS, SMPP, NWP, MS2, GOLD, and Microsoft Excel
Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):
1+ years of experience in Supply Chain
1+ years of experience working with cross functional teams
1+ years of experience working with Microsoft Office including Word, Excel, Access, Outlook, and SharePoint

Pay is based upon candidate experience and qualifications, as well as market and business considerations.
Summary pay range: $73,950.00 - $100,050.00
