Not RequiredThe Senior Manager, Interiors Data Readiness Lead is a strategic leadership role responsible for ensuring Interiors’ data is trusted, governed, and ready to power enterprise transformation. Serving as the data voice into oneRTX and S/4HANA initiatives, this leader drives alignment across systems, functions, and teams—translating complex data requirements into clear, actionable business outcomes.
This is a remote role with required travel (domestic and international) of 25-50% depending upon the project phase. Because this role supports international initiatives, candidates should be willing to flex their schedule to meet global collaboration needs.
What You Will Do:Enterprise Data Strategy*

Drive cross-domain master and transactional data management strategy ensuring data integrity and compliance across Interiors.
-
Serve as Interiors’ data lead into the oneRTX: PST (Process & System Transformation) program, ensuring requirements align to standard RTX solutions.
-
Partner with functional experts to identify data standards and business rules for master data management in preparation for S4HANA implementation.
ERP Expertise
-
Drive design, configuration, and governance of ERP Master Data in mixed-instance environments, ensuring alignment with end-to-end business processes.
-
Map and harmonize critical ERP data objects including customers, materials, and bills of materials across legacy systems for migration readiness.
-
Advise on standard SAP functionality to accelerate S/4 adoption and reduce complexity.
Integration & Governance
-
Oversee data integration between ERP and non-ERP systems (MES, PLM, CRM, procurement platforms) across security domains.

Establish data governance policies aligned with RTX enterprise standards, emphasizing export-controlled and classified data.
-
Implement data quality programs and cross-domain reconciliation and cleansing to prepare for S/4 integration and data loads.

Identify current KPIs vs system measures – identify differences and create gap closure plan with business.

Facilitate/highlight necessity for process solutioning when processes are driving data issues.

Implement data quality metrics and KPIs to track and drive business unit readiness (via dashboards and automated reporting tools).

Ensure role-based access control across multiple domains.
Leadership Skills
-
Be a change champion across Interiors, aligning leadership teams and SMEs on standardized governance and process impacts.

Participate in the creation of relevant communications to cascade transformation updates and training to the larger Interiors organization.

Facilitate the establishment of ongoing Interiors data governance council/committee.

Strong cross-functional experience.

Skilled at translating complex data concepts into business process language.

Proven experience driving data integrity culture within an organization.
Qualifications You Must Have:
-
A University Degree or equivalent experience and minimum 10 years prior relevant experience, or An Advanced Degree in a related field and minimum 7 years’ experience

10+ years of relevant experience (ERP/SAP Data Management experience, including multi-instance environments)

Proven experience in global ERP projects or projects involving heavy data consolidation
Qualifications We Prefer:

Knowledge of data governance frameworks, export control compliance, and secure data integration.

Demonstrated ability to influence senior stakeholders across business units and functions.

The salary range for this role is 132,400 USD - 251,600 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels.
