About this Position In this position, you will manage and grow sales in the İzmir and Denizli regions by coordinating existing customers, developing new business opportunities, and supporting distributors. You will prepare action plans, follow market trends, lead technical projects for customers, and oversee a team’s development—all while using your sales experience, strong communication skills, and willingness to travel.
What you´ll do
- Coordinate existing sales activities for the customer portfolio in İzmir and Denizli
- Develop new business opportunities to increase sales within the assigned region
- Prepare and implement action plans to increase sales, profitability, and market share
- Develop and manage projects to meet customers’ technical needs
- Manage distributors and enhance the technical knowledge of distributor staff
- Conduct market analysis and monitor competitive trends
- Lead the team and take responsibility for their training and development
