What you´ll do
- Technical Expertise: Develop a deep understanding of the company's products or services
Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitive offerings. - Customer Engagement: Identify and target potential B2B customers, build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients.
- Need Assessment: Collaborate with customers to comprehensively assess their specific requirements and challenges, aiming to uncover opportunities for the company's solutions. Conduct on-site visits, product demonstrations, and technical presentations to showcase the value proposition.
- Sales Targets: Achieving sales target on monthly, quarterly and yearly basis.
- Solution Design: Customize product or service offerings to align with the customer's needs,
create detailed proposals, including specifications, pricing, and project timelines. - Channel Sales Support: Work closely with channel partners to support the sales cycle, providing technical expertise during client meetings, negotiations, and the closing of deals.
- Documentation and Reporting: Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, proposals, and project details and timely update on CRM portal.
- Continuous Learning: Stay up to date with industry certifications, training, and knowledge development to enhance technical and sales skills.
