Learning and Development Expertise: Proven experience in designing and implementing large-scale training programs, with the ability to create engaging content tailored to various learning styles and professional levels. Strategic Change Management: Significant experience leading change management, transformation, or learning initiatives with the ability to strategize and implement change initiatives across a diverse workforce. GenAI Knowledge: Experience working with or supporting GenAI or advanced technology enablement programs. Maintain awareness of technological advancements and integrate new knowledge into training programs. Content Development: Strong writing and content creation skills, with the ability to produce and/or edit clear, informative, and engaging training materials. Experience in managing content development teams or working closely with subject matter experts to ensure accuracy and relevance of training content. Stakeholder Management: Strong leadership and relationship management skills to engage with and influence key stakeholders. Ability to articulate strategic goals and outcomes and negotiate effectively to align diverse groups with the organization's GenAI objectives. Performance Measurement and Reporting: Skills in data analysis and reporting, with excellent written and verbal communication skills; experience producing executive-level materials. Risk Management: Knowledge of the AI governance and regulatory landscape. Experience operating in highly regulated industries, such as financial services, is a plus. Expected base pay rates for the role will be between $120,000 and $200,000 per year at the commencement of employment.
