What you´ll do
- Data Management and Reporting – Maintains order forms, tracks and monitors promotional and blended NES & GP1 reporting across all categories and channels to support achievement of financial KPIs
- Supports annual KP roll-up and tracking across all channels and brands
- Promotional Movement Efficiency – Supports in reporting of national promotional movement, sell through and minimizing obsolete inventory.
- Supports marketing team with planning and GTM cycle, including scheduling meetings planning/promo review meetings, organizing files, preparing and distributing internal updates on project status, memos; assist in tracking budgets, issuing POs and vendor support
- Process Optimization - Develops and implements efficient processes for marketing operations to enhance productivity and effectiveness.
- Maintains up to date master promo calendar and presentation as a sourcing tool for channel presentation needs. •
- Maintains up to date procedures manual on key processes for the team
