What you´ll do
- Lead regional contract manufacturing and supplier transformation projects, including outsourcing, production relocation, tendering, supplier onboarding, new product implementation, and supplier optimization.
- Organize and coordinate production ramp-ups at European contract manufacturers.
- Optimize and manage processing costs within the assigned portfolio.
- Collaborate closely with relevant stakeholders, including purchasing, supply chain, R&D, business functions, and external partners.
- Support safety, health, and environmental audits, as well as quality audits.
- Coordinate relevant topics (e.g., technical specifications) between Henkel and the supplier
