This position reports toManager, TWDC Store.
The qualified candidate must be able toprovide outstanding Guest Service, communicate effectively, generate sales, merchandise product, process deliveries of new merchandise, restock product, maintain good store visuals, keep an organized storage room, and support the store management team by implementing new retail and marketing strategies to help grow the business.
Responsibilitiesand Dutiesof the Role:
Guest Service: greet and always become available to Guests in a friendly manner, prioritizing Guest interaction over tasks.
Help fellow employees navigate company resources and learn about discounts and new company initiatives.
Performeffective tilltransactions that enhance the Guestperceptionandobservesall relevant SOPs protecting Company assets including cash handling.
Maintain a neat and organized Store, on stage and backstage, so that product is clearly represented and available for replenishment.
Assistwith stock deliveries and replenishment to agreed standards.
Required Education,Experience/Skills/Training:
The hourly pay rate for this role in California is between $22.16 to $29.72 per hour.
