We are searching for the best talent for Operations Technician II to be in Juarez City.
You will be responsible for:
- Is responsible for the adjustments/setup of the manufacturing equipment and their corresponding documentation.
- Provides support to manufacturing for the timely repair of equipment and machinery.
- Performs corrective and emergency nonplanned maintenance activities according to the approved methods and documentation.
- Participates in the transfer of new production lines.
- Provides recommendations and technical support in new projects and OAC.
- Complies with all the safety policies of the company and other safety precautions within the work area.
- Complies with all the safety policies and procedures.
- Ensures the compliance with the responsibilities of the Environment Management Systems (EMS).
- Follows the Convenient Information Retention Administration Policies of J&J and of the Campus, record retention program, training and education, Document Retention Notices, Record cleanup, inactive records and Information Management, Vital Records, and if applicable, to suppliers.
- Other responsibilities can be assigned and not all the responsibilities listed here must be assigned.
- Has completed the environment and safety training, appropriate for his/her discipline
Qualifications / Requirements:
- Technical career or equivalent, applicable to: Mechanics, Electric, Electro-mechanics, Electronics, Metrology, instrumentalist.
- 3 to 5 years of experience and/or related training preferably. Knowledge and skills to satisfactorily develop the responsibilities of the position
- Knowledge of good manufacturing practices and documentation preferably in the medical industry.
- Wide knowledge of computer packages.
- Bilingual, Spanish/English, preferably.
- Knowledge of the Campus Systems, preferably.
- Knowledge of Maximo System (Computerized System for the Management of Maintenance), preferably.
- Knowledge of the GMPs (Good Manufacturing Practices )/ISO preferably.
- Knowledge of emergency and corrective, nonplanned maintenance, calibrations procedures documentation and quality systems, preferably
