What you´ll do
- Develop and execute local HR strategies for Slovenia, Croatia and Bosnia in alignment with regional and global objectives
- Act as the main HR partner for all HR matters at the local level, providing strategic guidance and practical solutions to stakeholders
- Offer direct support and guidance to managers, enabling the achievement of business objectives and fostering their professional growth
- Ensure compliance with local labour laws and regulations while maintaining alignment with company policies
- Collaborate with regional and global HR teams to drive cultural transformation initiatives and align HR strategies with business goals
- Lead the local HR team, ensuring consistent and high-quality implementation of HR practices and standards
- Foster a strong and inclusive employee experience that drives engagement, performance, and retention
- Cultivate positive relationships with external stakeholders and represents the company in industrial relations and with trade unions
