Description:Resource Integration & AOM CoordinatorLocation: Fort Worth TXWhat You Will Be DoingThe Resource Integration & AOM/APEX Coordinator will support the organization’s talent growth and continuous improvement agenda by assisting with People Development Programs and AOM (Aero Operating Model) / APEX initiatives. This role reports to the Resource Integration Manager and works closely with cross functional teams to ensure timely execution of training, coaching, and process optimization activities.
Key Responsibilities• Coordinate and support People Development Programs, including scheduling training sessions, tracking participation, and ensuring timely completion of development activities.
• Assist in the implementation and sustainment of Aero Operating Model (AOM) and APEX initiatives across the organization.
• Track and report progress on continuous improvement efforts, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and operational priorities.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for process improvements and support the execution of improvement projects.
• Maintain documentation, dashboards, and reporting tools used to monitor training progress, coaching engagement, and operational improvement initiatives.
• Support the coordination of workshops, coaching sessions, and improvement events to drive adoption of AOM/APEX principles.
• Partner with leadership and functional teams to ensure consistent communication and awareness of development programs and improvement initiatives.
• Assist with preparing presentations, reports, and updates for leadership on program status, milestones, and outcomes.
• Ensure program activities, training materials, and documentation remain organized and compliant with internal standards and processes.

Experience with AI, machine learning, data analytics
5+ years in relevant roles
Experience managing multiple training initiatives simultaneously

Ability to Work Remotely: Part-time Remote Telework: The employee selected for this position will work part of their work schedule remotely and part of their work schedule at a designated Lockheed Martin facility. The specific weekly schedule will be discussed during the hiring process.
Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
Schedule for this Position: 4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week
