The primary responsibility for this position will develop and integrate FPGA interfaces for Communication, Navigation and Survelliance (CNS) Systems for the Next Generation Air Transportation Systems.

What You Will Do:
-
Design FPGA firmware to meet requirements per established guidelines under supervision of an experienced engineer
-
Analyze and simulate design to ensure project requirements are met
-
Perform code entry, synthesis, simulation and on-target testing
-
Write test scripts to verify FPGA
-
Write FPGA design documents and test plans
-
Debug product and features using standard tools such as oscilloscopes, logic analyzers, emulators, etc.

Qualifications You Must Have:

Requires a High School Diploma or equivalent and student must be pursuing a Bachelor’s or advanced degree in an applicable discipline.

Signal processing and Electrical Engineering Lab courses

Completion of analog and digital circuit and FPGA digital design courses

Python, RTL coding (VHDL or Verilog) experience

The salary range for this role is 37,000 USD - 82,000 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels.
