Identify and manage risk in the manufacturing process

Supporting production, first article inspections, creating/maintaining work/inspection instructions, and preparation for audits (internal, enterprise, customer)

Verify product and process compliance with respect to contractual, technical, industry, AS9100 Quality Management System (QMS) requirements and internal policies
-
Regular interface with DCMA (product sales, process audits, product configuration audits)
-
Daily status meetings with the factory support, factory management, hourly employees, and internal stakeholders to manage issue, and weekly meetings to help reduce cost of poor quality.

Primary quality representative for assigned value streams or processes.
-
Leading factory wide strategic efforts that meet the quality department goals.

Facilitate and lead cross-functional team in failure analysis, Root Cause and Corrective Action (RCCA) investigations, including identifying non-conformances, providing solutions, tracking issues to closure.
Qualifications You Must Have:
-
Requires Bachelor’s of Science degree in a STEM related field of study, to include Science, Technology, Engineering and Math and 2 years of prior relevant experience

Experience in supporting a manufacturing process
-
Experience in RCCA and Continuous Improvement methods
-
Experience with manufacturing/inspection work instructions
-
Manufacturing process experience in one of the following: (assembly, inspection, test, process, and tool control)

The ability to obtain and maintain a US security clearance prior to the start date. U.S. citizenship is required as only U.S. citizens are eligible for a security clearance

The salary range for this role is 68,900 USD - 131,100 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels.
