As Senior Director, Senior Counsel, you will provide expert legal guidance, manage high-stakes matters and shape critical decisions across the organization. How You’ll Make an Impact
- Advise senior leaders and management on legal matters, ensuring compliance with laws and regulations
- Draft, negotiate and review complex legal documents and contracts to secure Spectrum’s interests
- Manage claims, lawsuits and coordinate outside counsel to represent Spectrum in legal proceedings
- Organize and direct legal strategies, collaborating with attorneys, paralegals and business units
- Prepare and present analyses and summaries of complex legal issues to leadership
- Evaluate and enhance existing policies, procedures and training related to legal and business practices
- Hire, train, supervise and develop legal staff, fostering professional growth and capability

- Willingness and ability to travel up to and sometimes exceed 25 percent of the time
What You’ll Bring to Spectrum
Required Qualifications
Education
- Juris Doctor degree from an accredited law school
- Admission to State Bar in which Attorney practices
Experience
- 7+ years of legal practice experience
- 7+ years in designated area of legal expertise

- Ability to read, write, speak and understand English

- Verbal and written communication skills for all organizational levels
- Expertise in corporate law and strategic thinking
