What we are looking for:
We are looking for an Information Technology Specialist to join our Global IT team. This role is Hybrid in the Addison, TX office.

What you will be doing:
As an IT Specialist at Semperis, you will be an essential member of our Operations team.
The IT Specialist is relied on to be a detail-oriented and efficient team member. Under supervision, you will install, configure, service, repair and maintain information technology systems. You will also participate in development plans to enable continuing innovation within the organization to ensure system hardware, operating systems and others are fully operational per requirements. A Semperis IT Specialist will be expected to be a great communicator and collaborator, working closely with Semperis employees and teams.
- Install and configure software and computer systems.
- Onboarding and off boarding employees.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues with software or hardware.
- Maintain procedures and reports that provide technical support to the entire organization.
- Support the implementation of new solutions or applications.
- Procurement of new computers and other equipment for employees.
- Ensure the security of data, network access, and backup systems
- Respond to ongoing malfunctions and investigate information security events.
- Establishing and supporting the organization's cloud-based applications and information systems.

What you will bring to the table:
- Minimum 3+ years of proven experience in executing IT/IS projects
- Working directly with end users to support and troubleshoot IT related issues
- Work and collaborate on projects and initiatives such as compliance, security, etc.
- Experience with windows servers, virtualization, operating systems (Windows, MacOS), storage
- Experience in Office 365, Azure AD, Intune
- Excellent communication skills in English.
- Proximity to and ability to work in person (Addison, TX)
