Superviseur, Exploitation (Entretien & Sécurité) – JLL
Ce que ce poste implique :
Ce poste joue un rôle clé dans le bon fonctionnement quotidien des opérations de l'immeuble Galeries d’Anjou, de la Place d’Anjou et du Centre Jean-Talon. En tant que leader dynamique, vous soutiendrez le Gestionnaire, Exploitation dans les tâches liées à l'entretien et à la sécurité des immeubles. Vous contribuerez aux objectifs de JLL en gérant efficacement une équipe, en optimisant les processus et en maintenant des normes élevées de qualité et de productivité.
À quoi ressemblera votre quotidien :
Gérer les contrats de service des entrepreneurs, superviser les équipes en place et maintenir des relations de qualité avec les détaillants et les locataires.
Superviser les activités de sécurité, la prévention des incendies et les comités SST, et répondre aux appels d'urgence en dehors des heures de travail.
Préparer les budgets d’exploitation (Opex) et d’immobilisation (Capex), contrôler les dépenses et participer à la négociation des contrats.
Coordonner les projets d’aménagement des locataires et les travaux d’entretien, en agissant comme point de contact principal et en assurant la conformité aux règles de santé et sécurité.
Assurer le suivi des inspections, des rapports d'événements et des plaintes des locataires pour garantir un service de qualité supérieure.
Assister le Gestionnaire, Exploitation dans le suivi des correctifs, la gestion des programmes environnementaux et d'autres mandats spéciaux.
Qualifications Requises :
Diplôme d’études collégiales dans un domaine connexe à la gestion immobilière ou expérience équivalente de 3 à 5 ans.
Expérience confirmée en gestion de contrats, gestion de personnel, entretien du bâtiment et sécurité.
Excellente connaissance en lecture et interprétation des plans mécaniques, électriques et architecturaux.
Solides compétences en leadership, en résolution de problèmes et en service à la clientèle.
Maîtrise des logiciels MS Office.
Bilinguisme (français et anglais).
Qualifications Préférées :
Expérience en gestion de projets d’aménagement pour locataires commerciaux.
Expérience en mise en œuvre et maintien de politiques pour les opérations de sécurité, la gestion des urgences et la santé et sécurité au travail.

Operations Supervisor (Maintenance & Security) – JLL
What this job involves:
This position plays a key role in the smooth daily functioning of operations at the Galeries d'Anjou, Place d'Anjou, and Centre Jean-Talon properties. As a dynamic leader, you will support the Operations Manager with tasks related to building maintenance and security. You will contribute to JLL’s objectives by effectively managing a team, optimizing processes, and maintaining high standards of quality and productivity.
What your day-to-day will look like:
Manage service contracts, oversee on-site teams, and maintain high-quality relationships with retailers and tenants.
Oversee security activities, fire prevention, and H&S committees, and respond to emergency calls outside of working hours.
Prepare operating (Opex) and capital (Capex) budgets, control expenditures, and participate in contract negotiations.
Coordinate tenant improvement projects and maintenance work, acting as the primary point of contact and ensuring compliance with health and safety rules.
Follow up on inspections, event reports, and tenant complaints to ensure superior service quality.
Assist the Operations Manager with corrective action follow-ups, environmental program management, and other special mandates.
Required Qualifications:
College diploma in a field related to property management or equivalent experience of 3-5 years.
Proven experience in contract management, personnel management, building maintenance, and security.
Excellent knowledge of reading and interpreting mechanical, electrical, and architectural plans.
Strong leadership, problem-solving, and customer service skills.
Proficiency with MS Office software.
Bilingualism in French and English.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience in managing commercial tenant improvement projects.
Experience implementing and maintaining policies for security operations, emergency management, and occupational health and safety.
