Work You’ll Do
As a Project Delivery Manager for our federal sector client in the Human Capital group, you will:
- Conduct training needs analysis and collaborate with subject matter experts to develop content in engaging formats matched to the expected level of proficiency.
- Evaluate training products to gauge student reaction, learning, impact on behavior, and return on stakeholder expectations.

Qualifications
Required:
- Bachelor’s degree
- Active TS/SCI with Polygraph security clearance required
- Ability to work fully on-site in McLean, VA
- 3+ years of experience in training content and delivery
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future
Preferred:
- 2+ years of experience in a professional services environment
