As part of a Rapid Application Development function, you will focus on speed-to-market, delivering iterative solutions that enhance operational efficiency, eliminate manual processes, and generate actionable insights through high-quality MIS, reconciliation reporting, and analytics. You will gain direct exposure to front-office and operations teams while building solutions ranging from proof of concepts to scalable strategic platforms.
To be successful as a Prime RAD Developer, you should have experience with:
Building robust software solutions within the financial services industry
Developing backend applications using Python and front-end interfaces using AngularJS or ReactJS, including designing RESTful APIs and microservices
Writing complex and optimized SQL queries for data analysis and reporting
Containerizing services using Docker and implementing automated CI/CD pipelines
Some other highly valued skills may include:
Prior experience within Prime or Liquid Financing environments
Exposure to data science concepts and analytical techniques
Experience working within cloud-based infrastructure
Familiarity with big data technologies such as Hadoop
Openness to learning new technologies and adapting in a fast-paced environment

Minimum Salary: $120,000
Maximum Salary: $175,000
