Description:You will be the Project Management & Planning Operations Representative Senior - Level 3 for the Project Management & Planning Operations team which is responsible for overseeing and coordinating all operational aspects of ongoing projects.

As the Project Management & Planning Operations Representative Senior - Level 3 you will be responsible for driving project efficiency, ensuring schedule adherence, and maintaining clear communication across stakeholders.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Oversee and manage the operational aspects of ongoing projects, acting as the primary liaison between project management, planning, project teams, and line management.
- Review project status and budgets, manage schedules, and prepare comprehensive status reports for leadership.
- Assess project issues, develop and implement resolutions to meet productivity, quality, and client‑satisfaction goals.
- Design and maintain mechanisms for monitoring project progress, facilitating timely intervention and problem‑solving with project managers, line managers, and clients.

Further Information About This Opportunity
MUST BE A U.S. CITIZEN - This position is located at a facility that requires special access. The selected candidate must obtain an active Secret clearance after start.
Basic Qualifications:• Experience in project support, project management.
• Experience managing multiple responsibilities simultaneously, including prioritizing requests from numerous sources while ensuring all valid requests are ultimately driven to closure.
Desired Skills:• Ability to effectively communicate at all levels, from new hires to leaders
• Experience using Microsoft Office products to analyze data to manage and improve program processes
• Ability to create and manage project schedules
• Prior Military experience
• Ability to obtain and maintain Special Access Program (SAP) access
• Ability to obtain a Top Secret Clearance
Security Clearance Statement: This position requires a government security clearance, you must be a US Citizen for consideration.
Clearance Level: Top Secret with Investigation or CV date within 5 years

Ability to Work Remotely: Onsite Full-time: The work associated with this position will be performed onsite at a designated Lockheed Martin facility.
Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
Schedule for this Position: 4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week
