Role Definition
Manages engineering support for production, maintenance, and testing of manufactured products and technologies.
Responsibilities
• Managing staffing, development, and performance management programs for engineering teams; motivating and developing project and team leaders.
• Providing specialized engineering technical support and consulting services to various areas of the organization.
• Assisting with high-impact, long duration engineering initiatives and projects; ensuring achievement of engineering plan and product quality.
• Maintaining product release plans and material plans; driving programs to completion on time and within budget.

Product Design and Development: Knowledge of product features; ability to design, build, and develop a new product, technology, or service from concept through to production.
This position requires the candidate to work a 5-day-a-week schedule in the office.
