Position Purpose:

Key Responsibilities:
- Direct Supervision and Oversight: Lead and manage Team Leaders and Associates to ensure seamless operation of the production area, maintaining high standards in productivity, safety, quality, and compliance with standardized operating procedures.
- Strategic Planning and Budget Management: Develop and execute an annual operating plan aligned with corporate objectives, managing capital and expense budgets while holding accountability for meeting financial commitments.

Minimum Qualifications:
Education:
- High School Diploma or GED required.
- Associate degree preferred in a related field.

Experience:
- A minimum of five (5) years of experience in a high-volume manufacturing environment.
- Three (3) or more years of supervisory experience strongly preferred.
- Demonstrated ability to operate manufacturing equipment and processes, with prior experience in machine troubleshooting and repair.

4. Technical Proficiency: Extensive background in computerized numerical control (CNC) machinery, with demonstrated expertise in advanced machine tool technologies. Proficiency in computer-aided design (CAD) and computer-aided manufacturing (CAM) software is an asset.
5. Project Management Skills: Proven track record of successfully managing large-scale projects from inception to completion, including cross-functional coordination and stakeholder engagement.
