Security Receptionist – Full Time – Longview, WA
Wage: $26.33-$28.77/HR
Available Schedule: Monday - Friday 10am-6pm
The Security Receptionist is a key member of the security team supporting the client. Reporting to the Administrative Lead Supervisor, they are assigned to the Visitor Center. Security Receptionists are responsible for screening all visitors who enter the facility and other mission critical duties.
The ideal candidate strives to maintain a safe and secure environment for the client. They will set the example by modeling professional conduct and providing exemplary customer service to employees and visitors. What You Can Expect:
- Conflict resolution and de-escalation.
- Perform access control at security entrances / exits.
- Conduct patrols inside / outside the client’s premises, potentially in various weather conditions and in different types of terrain.
- Frequent interactions with client employees and guests.
- Identify and report safety issues, hazardous conditions, or any suspicious activity.
- Provide detailed written reports.
- Work in a team environment to ensure site / organizational goals are achieved daily.
- Carry out specific tasks and duties of similar nature and scope as required for assigned site.

Basic Requirements:
- Must be 18 years of age or older.
- High School Diploma, GED, OR ability to complete the GED program within 6 months.
- Standard computer / technology skills needed.
- Exceptional customer service skills required.
- Must be responsible, accountable, objective, and have a strong work ethic.
- Must have a strong grasp of appropriate and professional verbal / written communication.
- Security, Law Enforcement, or Military experience a plus!!
- Must be able to interact with a wide range of individuals in a calm and professional manner.
- Must have great attention to detail and the ability to remain alert throughout the duration of the shift.
- Must be able to respond to emergencies with rapid / effective judgment and use appropriate escalation.
- All candidates must be willing to participate in the Company’s pre-employment screening process, including drug screen and background investigation.
