OneSparQ is looking for a Product Line Director for a Military and Defense company. We are looking for candidates to work remotely, or sit in one of the following locations; Spokane, WA, Huntsville, AL, Geneva, Oh, Cincinnati, OH, Solon, OH, or Fredericksburg, VA.
Responsibilities:
- Identify and develop new customers, markets, and growth opportunities
- Serve as the subject matter expert for MIL-STD compliance and the company’s CBRN product portfolio
- Lead overall strategy and lifecycle management for CBRN product lines
- Drive new product development initiatives and roadmap planning
- Enhance existing products to improve performance, compliance, and market competitiveness
- Align engineering, sales, and marketing to ensure cohesive product execution
- Conduct competitive analysis and monitor market trends to inform strategy
- Develop pricing models and go-to-market strategies
- Engage directly with customers, including military and government stakeholders
- Lead successful product launches from planning through execution
- Manage product upgrades, refresh cycles, and end-of-life decisions
Required Skills:
- 4+ years in CBRN life support products
- Experience with electromechanical assemblies and components
- Understanding of manufacturing principles
- Proficiency with engineering structural and mechanical analysis
- Bachelors or associate degree
- US citizen
Additional Skills:
- Familiarity with decontamination and detection systems/applications
- BS Electrical or Mechanical Engineering
