Work You’ll Do
As a Human Resource Management (HRM) Consultant for our Federal client, you will:
- Support Talent and Career Management delivery by partnering with the client to review documentation, apply formatting/quality updates, and tailor content to the right audiences
- Develop talent strategy and employee program insights, including research and analysis to shape recommendations for offerings such as tuition assistance programs and broader career mobility initiatives
- Execute change management, communications, and training activities, including communication design, documentation review, stakeholder-ready messaging, and enablement materials to drive adoption
- Define and track success metrics and translate results into clear progress updates and insights for client and engagement leadership
- Manage project delivery with disciplined project management across multiple stakeholders and workstreams
- Support strategic capabilities and implementation, translating recommendations into practical processes, roles, and implementation roadmaps that can be operationalized
- Leverage HR systems (e.g., PeopleSoft) to complete client-requested actions, support accurate processing, and maintain strong documentation and controls

Qualifications
Required:
- 2+ years of professional experience with at least one of the following:
- Talent and Career Management
- Talent Strategy Development
- Change Management, Communications, and Training
- Metrics Definition and Tracking
- Project Management
- Strategic Capabilities and Implementation
- Research, Analysis, and Synthesis
- Active TS/SCI with Polygraph required
- Bachelor’s degree required
- Ability to be on site 100% of the time in Springfield, VA
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future
Preferred:
- Experience in I/O Psychology
- Experience with Peoplesoft
