Responsibilities

- Assist customers with selecting mobile devices, plans, and accessories tailored to their needs.
- Manage POS (Point of Sale) transactions accurately, including cash handling and processing payments efficiently.
- Upsell additional products or services to enhance customer satisfaction and meet sales targets.
- Maintain merchandising standards by stocking shelves, organizing displays, and ensuring product availability.
- Support inventory management through stock replenishment and accurate record keeping.
- Demonstrate excellent phone etiquette when addressing customer inquiries via calls or online chats.
- Collaborate with team members and supervisors to achieve sales goals and improve store performance.
- Ensure compliance with safety protocols and uphold a clean, organized store environment.
Qualifications
- Previous retail sales experience preferred, especially in consumer electronics or grocery stores.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to explain product features clearly and confidently.
- Bilingual abilities are a plus to serve diverse customer bases effectively.
- Experience with POS systems, cashiering, and basic math for transactions is highly desirable.
- Demonstrated supervisory or leadership experience is beneficial for team collaboration roles.
- Knowledge of merchandising, stocking procedures, and inventory management techniques.
- Excellent phone etiquette and customer service skills to handle inquiries professionally.
- Ability to perform retail math calculations accurately for sales and cash handling purposes.
