Role Definition
Provides day-to-day professional and administrative support for logistics and supply chain management activities, ensuring smooth export shipment and on-time delivery
Responsibilities
• Arrange the export shipment of finished products to meet customer delivery requirements and ensure smooth logistics execution.
• Be responsible for the customs filing of export BOM and ensure the accuracy of BOM version number for export customs declaration.
• Provide professional support for the write-off work of customs brochure and ensure compliance with customs management requirements.
• Monitor, control and continuously optimize freight costs to achieve the goal of logistics cost reduction.
• Collect, sort out, analyze and report logistics operation data, and provide data support for supply chain optimization and decision-making.
• Coordinate and handle logistics emergencies in a timely manner, and communicate and resolve issues with carriers, customs and other relevant government departments independently.
Degree Requirement
Bachelor’s degree in international Trade or related fields is required; equivalent professional experience in logistics and import-export business is also acceptable.

This position requires the candidate to work a 5-day-a-week schedule in the office.
