General Responsibilities:
- Own the product development process from ideation to launch, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality standards
- Maintain product assortment documentation, including lineup files and BOM readiness for production
- Ensure product designs reflect latest trends while meeting quality and safety requirements
- Develop and communicate detailed project timelines across U.S., Korea, Vietnam, and China stakeholders
- Build and maintain strong factory and supplier relationships to ensure alignment and on-time delivery
- Lead sample review process and provide detailed feedback to vendors prior to production approval

- Cross-Functional Responsibilities

Position Title : Inventory Planning Assistant Manager
Salary : $70,000~$90,000/yr
General Responsibilities:
- Monitor and manage inventory levels across B2B and B2C channels for multiple retail partners
- Identify and proactively mitigate risks related to out-of-stock (OOS), low inventory, and overstock situations
- Analyze sales trends and inventory data to support accurate demand forecasting and replenishment planning
- Partner with Planning and SCM teams to recommend forecast adjustments based on demand changes, promotions, and new product launches
- Review weekly logistics and OTIF performance reports; investigate non-compliance and drive corrective actions
- Act as a cross-functional liaison between SCM, Logistics, Sales, and retail partners to resolve inventory and shipment issues
- Support Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP) meetings, contributing insights on inventory health and demand risks
- Maintain item master data, safety stock levels, and inventory parameters in ERP systems (NetSuite)
- Track and report key SCM KPIs including OTIF, Fill Rate, Inventory Turnover, and Weeks of Supply (WOS)
- Identify process inefficiencies and support system improvements or automation initiatives
- Lead or support SCM-related projects and provide guidance to junior team members
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in supply chain management, Logistics, Business, or a related field
- Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience in supply chain, inventory management, or demand planning

General Responsibilities:
- Support the Sr. Director of General Affairs with communication, reporting, and initiative follow- through
- Optimize departmental workflow and implement process improvements
- Lead administrative functions including CEO-directed errands and executive support
- Supervise and mentor a small operations team (3–4 members), including KPI tracking and performance management
- Manage departmental budgets, monitor expenses, and develop cost-saving initiatives
- Track and report budget spending status periodically to Sr. Director
- Manage office supplies, asset control, purchasing, and inventory
- Maintain vendor relationships, review contracts, and oversee service invoices
