Advise the Supply Chain Management Lead as well as the Program Management Office on material strategies, plans and supplier risk mitigation activities

Responsible for supporting the development, coordination and execution of all program material strategies, supply chain objectives, and enterprise objectives

Early supplier involvement that is focused on strategic sourcing initiatives
-
Support Supply Chain proposal activities including task descriptions and basis of estimates that support price to win (PTW) targets
-
Support the development and execution of material program plans (MPP)
-
Establish Material Sales Forecasts for assigned programs
-
Support the development and execution of risk/opportunity plans to meet program objectives
-
Partner cross functionally with Engineering, Quality and Operations to create common schedule based on Material Requirements Planning (MRP)
-
Monitor performance metrics and proactively act to address program and functional issues
-
Exert influence to achieve overall objectives and long-range goals of the program and the program IPT team
-
Frequently lead discussions and presentations to all levels of management and senior leadership
-
Ability to balance strategic thinking with tactical application of strategies to programs
-
Domestic travel
Qualifications You Must Have
-
Typically requires a university degree or equivalent experience and minimum 8 years prior relevant experience, or an advanced degree in a related field and minimum 5 years experience

Experience with SAP and/or related material planning tool/s
-
Minimum 5 years experience in a Supply Chain role and/or program/project management position
-
Experience interacting with suppliers in a program/project management role
Qualifications We Prefer

Experience with government regulations (i.e., FAR/DFAR, ITAR/EAR, TINA, etc.)

Experience with Design to Cost and Cost Reduction Initiative activities

Experience with developing and analyzing performance metrics

Experience with Proposal and New Business Capture

The salary range for this role is 118,300 USD - 224,900 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels.
