Manage executive calendars/schedules and provide advance notice on important meetings to support appropriate preparation. Screen/field incoming scheduling requests and effectively manage incoming and outgoing communications in an efficient and confidential manner.

Provide timely responses, as well as direct items to appropriate individuals for action and/or informational purposes for the program’s senior leadership. Formatting of presentations and materials for various reviews; Create Word, Excel, and PowerPoint documents as required.

Plan and arrange domestic and international travel and processing and submitting expense reports in a timely manner.

Manage supplies for the department, ordering and organizing as necessary. Arranging catering for internal and external meetings. Processing and tracking of invoices, as well as coordinating any moves into and out of the area and submit required "move" paperwork.

Support special projects, F135 program managers, assignments, and other functions as required, including developing standard work where applicable. Also, supporting process improvement activities.
Qualifications You Must Have:

AA/AS degree (or other 2-year post high school training)
-
6 years’ experience providing administrative support, including the support to senior leaders or executives, is required.

At least 5 years as a team player and have the ability to handle sensitive and confidential information.

U.S. citizenship is required, as only U.S. citizens are authorized to access information under this program/contract.

Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal), attention to detail, and the ability to interact effectively across all levels of a large, complex organization

Ability to take direction, respond to changing priorities, and juggle multiple priorities concurrently

Proficient computer skills including experience in Microsoft Office - Outlook, Excel, Word and PowerPoint

Able to work under pressure to meet project deadlines/schedules and work independently with minimal direction for completing tasks

Proficient Calendar Management experience for multiple senior leaders

The salary range for this role is 53,100 USD - 100,900 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels.
