Execute detailed evaluation and onboarding process for TSPs, PSPs, subcontractors, Contract Labor Resource Dept (CLRD) hires, and consultants, while strictly adhering to established corporate policies.

Ability to handle and process time- and information-sensitive documents and perform research inclusive of technical information necessary to satisfy policy requirements and complete onboarding processes.

Provide policy, process, and procedural guidance to Program Managers and other stakeholders requiring the use of TSPs, PSPs, subcontractors, Contract Labor Resource Dept (CLRD) hires, and consultants.

Lead the TSP/Consultant policy/process/procedure review team and document actions during team meetings and communicate updates to stakeholders.

Maintain detailed records of all TSPs, PSPs, subcontractors, Contract Labor Resource Dept (CLRD) hires, and Consultants, including tracking of important contract onboarding and end dates, and provide renewal notices to stakeholders in advance of contract expiration.

Track and report metrics on university participation on BBN programs. This is typically an annual reporting requirement, while data tracked and maintained throughout the year.

Attend PM kickoff meetings for programs with requirements for onboarding non-employees when required.

Work collaboratively with the Business Applications team to automate the Non-Employee Onboarding process. The expected tool is Collab.

Qualifications you must have

Bachelors degree in business management, business administration, or related field plus a minimum of three (3) years of professional experience.

Proficiency in MS office suite of tools including Teams, Excel, Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint.

Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.

An ability to manage and execute multiple competing priorities.

Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills.

Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team, as teamwork, collaboration and professional initiative are essential elements of this role.

Occasional domestic travel to other RTX BBN sites, if needed.

The salary range for this role is 68,900 USD - 131,100 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels.
