Serve as a thought leader on emerging trends, including AI and digital tools, to shape the future of talent technology.
Stakeholder Engagement & Influence

Build and maintain strong relationships with senior HR leaders, Enterprise Services, Business Unit digital teams, and other key stakeholders.

Act as a trusted advisor, translating business needs into technology solutions and influencing decision-making at the executive level.

Facilitate governance forums and ensure transparency in prioritization, investment decisions, and delivery outcomes.
Operational Excellence

Oversee the full lifecycle of the Talent Technology portfolio, including strategy, development, implementation, and ongoing optimization.

Ensure all solutions adhere to enterprise architecture standards and deliver a seamless experience for candidates, employees, and HR teams.

Drive continuous improvement initiatives to simplify processes and enhance user experience across the talent ecosystem.
Team Leadership & Development

Lead and develop a high-performing team of product owners and technical experts, fostering a culture of accountability, collaboration, and innovation.

Establish staffing strategies, succession plans, and talent development programs to build organizational capability.

Provide coaching and mentorship to ensure team members grow in both technical and leadership competencies.
Innovation & Future Readiness

Research and present business cases for new technologies, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives and ROI expectations.

Partner with Digital Technology leadership to integrate AI and advanced analytics into talent solutions, driving predictive insights and automation.

Champion change management efforts to ensure successful adoption of new tools and processes across the enterprise.
Executive Communication

Regularly brief senior leadership on portfolio performance, strategic initiatives, and emerging opportunities.

Communicate complex technical concepts in clear, business-oriented language to enable informed decision-making.
Travel:

Travel up to 30% for meetings and team collaboration.
Qualifications You Must Have:
-
Typically requires a University Degree and minimum 14 years prior relevant experience or an Advanced Degree in a related field and minimum 12 years of experience

Proven experience in Talent Technology landscape, HR technology application management, or a related field, with a track record of successful project delivery and application governance.
-
Demonstrated leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
-
Experience analyzing complex problems and developing innovative solutions.

The salary range for this role is 186,200 USD - 353,800 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels.
