Manage assigned customer accounts, conferring with customers who contact the organization by telephone or electronically.

Provide information about products or services, enter customer orders, discuss customer accounts, and obtain and address customer complaints.

Maintain a customer-first business mentality.

Prioritize and manage multiple Customer requests and inquiries efficiently.

Ensure that all customer requests are handled with the utmost professionalism and within a timely manner.

Proactively support Customer programs working closely with Value Stream Leader to understand forecast, metrics, and operations schedule to ensure alignment with, and timely delivery to OE Customers.

Lead coordination with necessary departments to solve customer inquiries and drive to a satisfactory resolution.

Work closely with production, sales, shipping, warehouse, or other personnel to expedite or trace shipments.

Engage the customer to gain intel on the customer requirements and drivers to assist in forecasting, customer on-going support, and shipping performance.

Identify and drive continuous improvement efforts.
Qualifications You Must Have

Typically requires a university degree and minimum 2 years prior relevant experience or Advanced Degree in a related

Prior experience in SAP

Prior experience in a customer-facing role

The salary range for this role is 68,900 USD - 131,100 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels.
