Established in 2017, NWPA has successfully delivered around$3B worth of transport infrastructurefor the state and its communities. Off the back of this success, LXRP has awarded us a furtherfive-year extension, giving our team a strong and sustainable pipeline of major transport projects across Melbournethrough to2027.

Manage intricate design elements, including conflicting requirements, unconventional materials, and high‑coordination scenarios.
We’relooking for someone with a bachelor’s degree in structural engineering andextensiveexperience in infrastructure projects—ideally within a multidisciplinary environment. You will also bring:
- Strong communicationand stakeholder engagement skills
- Creative and innovative thinking
- Attention to design detail
- A passion for engineering solutions
- Experience coordinating across project teams
