Overview
The Talent Acquisition Recruiter is responsible for developing and executing recruiting strategies to attract, evaluate, and hire high-quality talent in support of organizational workforce needs. This role provides full-cycle recruiting support across aviation, healthcare, and corporate functions and partners closely with hiring managers and HR leadership to ensure timely and effective hiring results.
The recruiter must be able to operate in a fast-paced, high-volume environment while maintaining strong candidate experience, compliance with company policies, and alignment with workforce planning goals.
Responsibilities
Essential Functions and Responsibilities
- Develop and execute recruiting strategies to support current and future hiring needs.
- Partner with hiring managers to define position requirements, recruiting plans, and interview processes.
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, offer preparation, and onboarding coordination.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers to ensure alignment on candidate quality, timelines, and workforce priorities.
- Develop and maintain pipelines of qualified candidates in advance of anticipated hiring needs.
- Source candidates using job boards, social media, professional networks, industry contacts, and direct outreach.
- Utilize creative sourcing strategies to identify passive candidates in competitive labor markets.
- Maintain accurate recruiting activity and candidate records in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS / HRIS).
- Conduct prescreen interviews to evaluate candidate qualifications, experience, and cultural fit.
- Coordinate interview scheduling, feedback collection, and hiring decisions.
- Assist with background checks, reference checks, and preparation of offer packages.
- Support employer branding initiatives to promote the organization as an employer of choice.
- Represent the organization at career fairs, recruiting events, and industry networking functions.
- Develop relationships with colleges, training programs, and professional organizations to support recruiting initiatives.
- Maintain regular communication with prospective candidates to build long-term talent pipelines.
- Partner with HR, marketing, and leadership to improve recruiting tools, processes, and outreach strategies.
- Prepare recruiting reports and maintain required documentation related to hiring activity.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Additional Job Requirements
Regular and reliable attendance is required.
Travel required up to 30 percent based on recruiting needs, hiring events, and business requirements.
All employees must follow company policies, procedures, and employment practices in accordance with applicable laws.
Work Location
This position is eligible for remote work within the United States. Remote status is subject to business needs and may require periodic travel to company locations, recruiting events, or meetings as needed.
Incentive Eligibility
This position is eligible to participate in the company’s Recruiter Incentive Plan in accordance with plan guidelines. Incentive eligibility, performance metrics, and payout are determined by the organization and may be adjusted based on business needs, individual performance, and plan provisions.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university preferred.
- Minimum of three to five years of recruiting experience preferred.
- Previous recruiting experience in aviation, healthcare, or other highly specialized industries required.
- Experience supporting high-volume, multi-location, or nationwide recruiting preferred.

Computer Skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
- Experience using Applicant Tracking Systems and HRIS platforms preferred.
Minimum pay
USD $65,000.00/Yr.
Maximum Pay
USD $80,000.00/Yr.
