Role Definition:
Leads and manages dealers' relationships to market company products and services and assists in the development of dealer sales capability.
What you will do:
- Develop and maintain a strong understanding of the Aftermarket business model, operating in accordance with established business processes for the review and approval of variation programs, commercial campaigns, and growth initiatives.
- Act as the primary Aftermarket commercial interface with dealers, ensuring alignment with the coverage model (e.g., PSSR) and the go-to-market strategy.
- Design and support dealers in building accurate sales forecasts for parts, services, and solutions, as well as in planning and executing aftermarket sales strategies.
- Conduct regular Aftermarket sales performance reviews with dealers, monitoring key KPIs such as sales, penetration, service absorption, customer retention, and customer satisfaction.
- Ensure the timely implementation of corrective actions based on performance analysis and market insights.
- Lead the identification of Aftermarket growth opportunities, with a focus on increasing market share, improving customer experience, and strengthening long-term commercial relationships.
- Drive Aftermarket market growth through the active promotion of parts, services, and value-added solutions, leveraging proactive customer engagement and continuous dealer coaching.
- Support dealers in customer segmentation, target account planning, and execution of aftermarket commercial plans.
- Collaborate closely with internal teams (Parts, Service, Marketing, Finance, and other stakeholders) to ensure integrated execution of Aftermarket initiatives.
- Provide structured field feedback on customer needs, competitive activity, and market trends, contributing to the continuous improvement of Aftermarket offerings and strategies.

Relationship Management: Knowledge of relationship management techniques; ability to establish and maintain healthy working relationships with clients, vendors, and peers.
Business Development: Knowledge of business development tools, techniques and approaches; ability to explore and develop potential areas of business growth for the organization.
Value Selling: Knowledge of the principles and practices for selling products, technology and services; ability to provide overall product/service 'value' and to different
Basic requirements:

- Travel expectation is 50%.
