Description:You will be the Customer Service Rep for the Metrology team. Our team is responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring timely order fulfillment.
What You Will Be Doing
As the Customer Service Rep you will be responsible for managing customer orders, providing accurate pricing and delivery information, and acting as the liaison between customers and suppliers.
Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
- Process customer orders via phone, email, and other channels.
- Generate quotes, delivery dates, and provide order status updates.
- Maintain accurate customer and order records in the database.
- Coordinate with suppliers and internal teams to expedite orders and resolve issues.
- Support emergency order processing and manage returns and credits.

Basic Qualifications:•Minimum of 3 years of experience performing procurement activities (e.g., creating purchase requisitions, negotiating with suppliers, drafting contracts, placing orders).
•Minimum of 3 years of experience in logistics, warehouse operations, or broader supply chain functions where you managed inventory movement, shipping/receiving, or order fulfillment.
•Demonstrated ability to work with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) and an order management or ERP system for entering, tracking, and updating sales orders and generating status reports.
•Proven record of delivering high quality customer service to internal and external stakeholders (handling inquiries, resolving issues, maintaining satisfaction metrics).
•Ability to lift 25 lbs unassisted.

Ability to Work Remotely: Onsite Full-time: The work associated with this position will be performed onsite at a designated Lockheed Martin facility.
Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees.
