Description:AMMM Business Management - StaffLocation: Marietta GAWhat You Will Be DoingThis position will report to the AMMM Business Operations Senior Manager as the execution Business Lead for Domestic programs. The selected candidate will be responsible for USG efforts and should have an understanding of FAR and USG contracting. Must be able to provide day to day support and leadership of Business Management initiatives. A broad range of financial acumen will be required for this position including a familiarity of business processes associated with Proposals, Contracts, Estimating, Financial Planning, EVMS, Independent Cost Estimating and others. This candidate will lead overall Financial oversight associated with new and existing contracts ensuring assignments have a sound cost / financial baselines, budget targets, conducting financial risk assessments and ensuring accurate financial forecasts. This position requires the ability to understand, create and report on Orders, Sales, Cash and Earnings. Support the proposal development process and negotiations up to and through contract award. This position will also support the establishment of the program baselines to support budgets and Estimate-at-Completion planning. Other responsibilities will include the identification of areas for cost improvement and support the implementation of recommended corrective actions, Support Contract Status Reviews on program financial status. Communication skills; both verbal and oral, will be key to success in this position since this individual will be required to coordinate across multiple program and functional competencies

- Financial Analysis or contract administration experience
- Experience in proposal, negotiations, or execution of programs

- Excellent communication skills and exhibit a proactive, problem solving, cost conscious and company focused mindset

Ability to Work Remotely: Part-time Remote Telework: The employee selected for this position will work part of their work schedule remotely and part of their work schedule at a designated Lockheed Martin facility. The specific weekly schedule will be discussed during the hiring process.
Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
Schedule for this Position: 4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week
