The ability to work in a class 100 cleanroom, in a full bunny suit, under yellow lights is required.

Operation of Semiconductor style equipment (coat, expose, develop, wet etch, hotplate, surface treatment, deposition, metrology, inspection tools, etc.) to build hardware.

Utilize strong interpersonal communication skills with peers, leads, support teams and management.

Handle fragile hardware and manually manipulate small parts during processing.

Rigorously follow written procedures and work instructions
-
Document data on travelers and in the electronic database
-
Advanced skills in photolithography (Coat, Softbake, Expose, Develop, Inspection, Wet Etch, Surface treatment, Metrology, etc.) to build hardware.

Execute specialized communications (pass downs) when operating during 1st shift hours.
Qualifications You Must Have:

High School Diploma or GED
-
Minimum 2 years of production experience in cleanroom fabrication, assembly, manufacturing or equivalent.

Has experience in MS Office (Excel)

US Citizenship is required, as only U.S. citizens are authorized to access information under this program/contract.
Qualifications We Prefer:
-
More than 2 years of production experience in cleanroom fabrication, assembly, manufacturing or equivalent.

Experience using general lab equipment like microscopes and small hand-held tools (tweezers, screwdrivers, etc.)

Ability to multitask.

Ability to work safely with chemicals and raw production materials.
-
The flexibility to work occasional, voluntary overtime on weekends to meet the factory’s needs is strongly desired.

The hourly range for this role is $27-$32/hour. The hourly range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels.
