About the Role
In this vital role, you will support themaintenance and operation of the building systems inside a clientfacility. As a Sr. Mechatronics andRobotics Technician you’ll be a key leader in running a shiftand providing guidance to fellow technicians and Control supportpartners.
What You’ll Do Promote a safe working environment by following all safety procedures. Repair, maintain, and continuously improve functionality of materials handling equipment (MHE) and robotic systems throughout the facility. Lead and audit preventative maintenance procedures. Install, maintain, and solve relay logic, ladder diagrams, control components, photo-eyes, motor starters, limit switches, proximity sensors, solenoids, etc. Lead and mentor work plan for emergency repair of critical assets and training plans for Maintenance Technicians. Build and close out work orders in a Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS). Cultivate positive working relationships with our Client and Operations Maintenance team members. Perform other job-related duties as needed or assigned.
What You’ll Need Applicants must be currently authorized to work in United States without the need for visa sponsorship now or in the future. High school diploma or general education degree (GED). 4+ years of experience working with automated conveyors and controls. Proficient using computers and Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, etc.). Experience with MHE safety standards in accordance with Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) and Safety standards. Knowledge of electrical and electronic principles, National Electrical Code (NEC), and/or industrial electronics. Ability to conduct preventative & procedure-based maintenance. Experience reading blueprints and schematics. Experience with Programmable Logic Controls (PLC) programs. 3+ years of work order management. Ability to use and interpret statistical equipment to run metrics such as OEE/Up Time to prioritize accordingly. Ability to solve problems and carry out general instructions in standard situations such as; routine maintenance, repairs, preventative measures, emergency responses, coordination, and safety compliance. Ability to move up to 50lbs and physical requirements including stooping, standing, walking, and climbing stairs / ladders with or without reasonable accommodation.
PreferredQualifications Associate’s or higher degree from a vocational school or college with a focus in the Mechanical or Electrical field. Previous leadership experience. Previous vendor management experience. Experience with robotic maintenance. Experience with CMMS Certification preferred in one or more of the following: electronic, electrical, mechanical, access control servers, PLCs, process controls, robotics, or mechanical power transmissions.

The salary being offered for the HVAC Technician position is minimum $80,000 and maximum $100,000 annually. The compensation provided to a successful candidate will depend on their skills, qualifications, and experience.
