Food & Beverage Non Tipped Food & Beverage Cast Members are focused on creating a magical and enjoyable dining experience by ensuring the highest standard of Guest Service. Non Tipped Cast Members are responsible for working in a fast pace environment at our indoor counter service location taking orders, cash handling, food preparation, stocking condiments, and keeping the work location clean.
This role requires a minimum of 3 days per week of FULL availability, including Saturday or Sunday.
This role has a pay rate of $20.00 per hour.Responsibilities : Responsibilities in our Quick Service location include taking orders, operating a point-of-sale system (POS register), cash handling, fulfilling orders, food preparation, cleaning, stocking items and keeping inventory.
In our Table Service location, Cast Members are responsible for greeting Guests upon arrival, seating Guests in the dining room, maintaining a seating chart and resolving Guest situations.
Cast members at both Quick Service and Table Service locations interact with guests every day by sharing information, answering questions and providing great guest service!
Basic Qualifications : - You must be at least 18 years of age to be considered for this role.
- Previous cashier experience.
- Previous quick service or related restaurant industry experience.
- Physical role, pushing, pulling, bending twisting, and kneeling. Must be able to lift and carry 50 lbs.
- Demonstrate good judgment and decision-making skills
- Excellent Guest Service skills.
- Additional responsibilities include bussing tables, running food, folding napkins, light cleaning and assisting Servers as needed.
- Part-Time roles require FULL AVAILABILITY for any shift, a minimum of (3) three days per week, including nights, weekends, and holidays
Preferred Qualifications: Additional Information : SCHEDULE AVAILABILTYOur Resort Hotel operates365 days a year and some shifts may start as early as 7:00am while some may end as late as 11:00pm. Must be flexible and able to work a variety of shifts including days, nights, weekends, holidays and special events.
