Within the GPO, the One Google Procurement (OGP) Enablement team focuses on enabling GPO's goals through cross-GPO programs, fostering operational excellence, innovation, and proactive risk management to deliver Google-wide value.
In this role, you will facilitate smooth transitions and ensure successful adoption of new procurement strategies, processes or systems within Google. You will focus on engaging stakeholders, managing resistance, planning, executing, and evaluating changes to drive improvements in procurement practices across Google.
The US base salary range for this full-time position is $136,000-$197,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
